My husband favourite place 🙃
Is a lovely sport bar serving outstanding chicken burgers and they have a vegan option too!
I didn’t particularly like their hash brown but the fries were very good!
Wide selection of beer available and tv screen all around the bar for you not to miss any match
This is a great bar on Upper Street. It’s more of a laid back chilled bar that also shows sports, rather than a sports bar in the traditional sense, even with all the sports decor and memorabilia dotted about. They managed to blend it really though.
On top of the bar, you’ve got the food. The burgers are fantastic and the chicken wings were pretty special too. I don’t think you could go wrong anything on the menu.
Staff also deserve a special mention as they’re very welcoming and good at what they do. Overall it’s 100% worth a recommendation and 100% worth multiple visits.
Great burgers, drinks, service & atmosphere. Loads of seating and screens, so wherever you are sat, you won’t miss out on whatever sport is on.
The burgers are incredible; I can see why they are famous. Really enjoyed the sides aswell; I’d highly recommend getting the jerk spiced hash brown & scotch bonnet jam and seaweed mayo fries.
Cocktails were tasty & strong - good value for money. Donuts are huge and very rich; would recommend getting 1 to share between two people because they are very filling.
Will definitely be coming here again when a big match is on.
BEST chicken burger EVER, James Cochran did it again! Lunch deal is perfect if you want to try everything although the doughnut was less exciting than expected. Hash brown pretty average and not very cheap.
Good service and food quality justify the premium prices but they need proper starters to boost the food menu. Also, no actual signature cocktails except the frozen margaritas.
The chicken burgers are fantastic and so juicy but with a great amount of crisp. Easily full from that with some fries. Great place to watch the football too (big screens and sound). Lots of fresh beavertown on tap too.
The best chicken burgers in town! No grease or saturation in this clean, crunchy fillets. Perfect combinations and accompaniments and the menu changes often to keep the humble chicken burger interesting and varied. Hash browns and crunchy fries as a side coupled with a house cocktails - the most popular being frozen margaritas which just go down so well (but beware, they are BOOZY).
This north London sports bar is well designed, comfy, welcoming and a great place to pig out and watch a game. Downstairs caters to overspill or the opportunity to hire a space out. Look out for popular games you want to watch and book to avoid disappointment! Don’t forget to try the scotch bonnet jam too! Delicious 😋
Went here with the timeout offer, you get a choice of drink, slider, chicken side (thigh or wings), fries and a mini doughnut.
What’s nice is that there are plenty of options to choose from, which makes it more fun to try different things especially if you come with a friend.
It might not look substantial at first but trust me it’s more than enough food for one person and is very worth it.
We liked the Spice up your life burger the most as it was sweet, spiced and had a great crunchy texture, fries were jerk spiced and crispy, the buttermilk chicken thigh with the chicken gravy mayo was savoury and creamy (but a bit salty) and we tried the fish sauce caramel wings which were actually so good - perfect balance of funk and familiar flavours.
The doughnuts were soft and not too sweet, but actually we felt they could have been a bit sweeter to balance out the salty toppings (miso caramel), maybe a sweeter filling?, but interesting and easy to eat overall.
Cocktails were strong and refreshing too! Props to the bar staff. Service was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for something a bit different!
Generous, tasty and rich fried chicken burgers. I only put 4 stars because it lacks of vegetable options as sides. I would love to see a salad, some tomatoes or green veggies, anything fresh and seasonal. I hope it will be added to the menu soon!
Cool little football bar, serving food with vegan options, and strong tasty cocktails. Artwork by Patterns of Play and Art of Football. Super friendly clientele on my visit, got chatting with several strangers which seemed odd but very much welcomed for a London experience.
Perfect experience last night as a foodie watching Arsenal’s first game of the season.
Naughty food - fried chicken cooked to perfection, jerk fries and finished with a doughnut (which has a salted caramel biscuit embedded inside).
True gem in an Arsenal neighbourhood, definitely not one to miss.
