Had a lovely authentic tasting Rendang.
Restaurant is small but clean and affordable.

Clean restaurant, good food, superb service. The kuih melayu is as close to one can get to the authentic stuff back in Singapore or Malaysia.
The restroom could be better i.e. cleaner but I've seen worse.

Had brunch here, it was excellent. I've spent about a year living in Malaysia and other than the price being more British I'd say Nasi Lemak was as authentic as it could be.

A bit disappointed after reading all the raving reviews. Ordered nearly the entire menu...Laksa was not good. The vermicelli were over cooked, the soup taste and smells so fishy and thick. The pad thai was just ok. Morning glory was too salty, bit over cooked, tam Yum soup didn't taste great with small frozen prawns. The chicken curry tastes ok but I doubt the quality of the chicken was that good. Overall, it's ok. Have had better Malaysian food. £88 for 2 with no booze or desert. It's not cheap cheap for a casual zero vibe or service eatery...

I went there for the first time to try their Nasi kerabu and to my surprise, it was really good! I did not expect much since it’s hard to get authentic Nasi kerabu outside Malaysia but they have surpassed my expectations. The kuah (side soup) was sooo good it reminded me of home. To Malaysians who are missing Nasi kerabu, go there and you won’t be disappointed! And to non Malaysians who wants to try authentic Malaysian dishes, explore the menu and you’ll be surprised! :) Price was okay, not too cheap but nothing too expensive as well. The normal price you’d expect to pay in London. The place was comfortable, it wasn’t big but there were decent amounts of tables, staffs were really friendly too. Highly recommended!

Very delicious food just loved it 😋

I had the nasi kerabu ("salad rice") which I enjoyed very much...though it was very light on the actual kerabu/herbs. I was impressed with how they modified the dish (I'm assuming to adjust to ingredient availability and English tastes) but kept the overall flavour profile that I'm familiar with.
I'll be going back soon to try more! Would recommend.

This restaurant serves authentic Malaysian cooking, true to its Malaysian flavours. The serves are polite and welcoming. The portion is big (I mean, look at the size of the chicken!!) and suitable for its price tag. The decor is beautiful, and comforting, giving off this rustic, homey vibes. Totally would recommend!!

Great food and flavours! Really flavoursome, huge portions and very well priced. They could be charging 10x what they currently do. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for great food in Notting Hill.
