Clean and spacious decor. Friendly staff, very attentive and accomodating. Heard about this place from a friend so gave it a try today. Overall food was fresh, tasty and portions were generous. Price's were definitely very reasonable given the price rises everywhere. Not like your regular Turkish meat flavours (in terms of spices). Every protein had its own flavour bordering more on a Indian fusion touch. Would definitely recommend to others and visit again. Thank you

First visit to Ertugrul Mangal and won’t be the last, it was a lovely experience with very friendly staff. Especially Simon who looked after us throughout. My son has allergies and he was very helpful to accommodate his needs. Would highly recommend. Also if your a big fan of Ertugrul you will enjoy the decor.

Visited Ertugrul Mangal for lunch earlier today. Absolutely thrilled with both the food and experience. We were there for lunch so didn't have much time on our hands. The waiting staff attended us straight away and understood our urgency. He was such a nice gentleman, attentive and caring. As for the food, honestly the best Turkish we've ever had. As a family we love Turkish food and ate in a lot of places. This is our best Turkish eating experience yet. Amazing food, outstanding service. Can't wait to return.

I attended this Restaurant on Sunday 27th March. When walking in the waiter ( Kemal Bey ) greeted us with a genuine smile. The food was just awesome. All my kids loved it. Also the Deco of the restaurant was absolutely eye catching. For those Ertugral Movie Fans... You will love this place. The staff members always asked if we needed anything extra. The level of service was on point. Alhamdulillah. It's a must go place to have a wonderful meal with a good atmosphere. Will definitely come back again. Alhamdulillah. A Ali -

The food was extremely fresh and was served hot which was really impressive. The complimentary starters had a good variety and included fresh bread. The overall ambiance was really relaxing and very friendly staff i must say. Having a baby with me, the staff was helpful of my needs. Highly recommend it. Will be coming again definitely

I came here with my wife and family and the welcome was very warm and friendly. The staff made us feel very comfortable alongside there being a very relaxed ambience and excellent decor. The food was on par with any other top Turkish restaurants that I have been too. Recommending this place is a no brainier. There is clearly a hater making fake reviews. Do yourself a favour keyboard warrior and grow up. Great delicious portions. Will be coming again with the family.

Amazing customer service. I think it was the owner, when we went in to takeaway. He was so polite and friendly. He explained what sides they had to offer and which desserts were available at the moment. Absolutely fresh and flavourful food and baklava. The best part was that he told us just as we were about to leave through the restaurant doors that he put in extra bread. That was nice.

The staff were quite friendly and helpful. They greeted us as we entered the establishment and saw us out after we had finished. There was 1 person who did the order taking and brought out the food. Considering that staff member was the only one I saw actively attending to tables, there were about 6 tables seating 4-6 people per table, there were some parts of the order that came a bit later on like a side and an extra portion of bread but at least they were not forgotten about. One thing I like about this restaurant is that they did not charge anything extra for an extra portion of bread. We were served 3 baskets of bread and 3 little cups of both sauces for our party of 6. We were also given 3 salad bowls which replaced the little salad normally found at the side of the mains dishes. I was quite surprised at the portion size of the 2 sides we ordered. The food was of good quality with both the lamb and chicken being tender (I had a mixed grill). From another member of my party I heard that the salmon and sea bass has been come of the best he has tried. Would definitely love to visit again.
