I've been here a few times over the past few months and the staff seem friendly and welcoming. It's so convenient that you can use the self service kiosk on the side to order drinks as sometimes it does get busy but the wait isn't long. I usually get an oat latte with a shot of vanilla or a strong oat matcha latte with a shot of vanilla, and it's always well made.

Popped in to get a Cappuccino and had a lovely experience. I was particularly impressed by this friendly staff Nusrat. She has a very lovely character and made feel at ease and respected. I ended up getting the best waffles for my colleague at work. The service was remarkable, and I definitely recommend!!

Well I gotta start with the ambience - quaint yet welcoming. Next, it’s the baristas, in particular, Freddie. Absolutely lovely with amazing recommendations, like the black hoof coffee. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

I’ve been coming to Kingsway for a while now and just to wanted to share that Natalia it’s been always so kind and always remember my regular drink which is a oat flat white. Her kindness, care and passion for what she does makes my day whenever I come in. Amazing service and super recommended for whoever loves a well made coffee!!! ❤️

The shop is very welcoming and is in such a good location. I've been served by a lovely and kind lady named Natalia. Her charming personality was the cherry on the top of my tasty cappuccino.
