A decent chippy it can be a bit busy. I waited 15 minutes, and they have quite a few special offers, two sausage and chips for £5.50 and two fish cake and chips also £5.50 amongst few others the downside is there will serve you in a box which may be a bit small if you are sharing. Great local chippy. Reasonably priced and great tasting food. My order was made fresh which always adds to the taste as there is nothing better than fresh chip shop chip. Very kind and friendly staff as well and family friendly. Not local to the area but will visit again when nearby.

I ordered the cod and chips. £7.90 not £10.00 as someone else suggested. My order was cooked fresh. I ate in, fash service. Friendly staff who've been in the business a long time. The fish was tasty, moist but not overly greasy. Chips were good, not saturated with oil.The portion size is manageable.
I have been getting my fish & chips since the first day of opening and i have not been disappointed yet. Good quality traditional fish and chips. Staff very friendly. Plenty of seating inside and nice and clean all round. I would definitely recommend you try this place if your around the area.

Food wasn’t too greasy or heavy. Batter was lovely and chips were generous and had the crispy bits too (!).
Really impressed. Finally a good local chip shop, I’m quite fussy about my fish - the cod was huge and delicious- just the right amount of batter. Lovely chunky chips - they looked too pale for my liking but were hot and just enough crisp. Extensive menu - I’m looking forward to trying more. Frien

Had to review as it's always really good fish AND chips here. Crispy batter, chunky chips. Never too greasy. Good quality, much better than other local fish n chip shops. And friendly staff too.
