Al Dente South Kensington

I have been in this restaurant (South Kensington) for the first time last weekend to celebrate my birthday. It was the best experience as the staff was amazing and saying that the food was really really nice it is not enough. In that moment I felt at home thanks to the stuff and the delicious food (especially the tiramisù cake). I am 100% sure that I will be back in this restaurant to have other moments to share with my friends❤️❤️

Nice relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Quick service. The pizzottella with mortadella and stracciatella was delicious and came straight out of the kitchen. The pasta dishes were generous in portions and tasty. I got the gluten free tagliatelle with vongole and they were really tasty. I also added the bottarga, although it was just a light sprinkle of it. We didn’t get the desserts but they looked good. Need to book if you go on a weekend.

This place is absolutely incredible. Customer service is 10000000/10 and all of the ladies working were some of the kindest people I have ever met. I was unfortunately stood up and Kelly and the blonde waitress went above and beyond to cheer me up and made sure I had a lovely night. If that wasn’t enough, the carbonara is the best I’ve ever had in my life. An absolutely incredible place and I look forward to returning. Outstanding on all fronts.

We got the bruschetta, seafood linguine and the sausage pasta. They were delicious - both had a level spice so be warned if you can’t handle spice! The waiters were lovely and friendly and so were the customers around us. I would highly recommend the bruschetta on a hot day it’s delicious and refreshing. A good experience overall.

Ordered the linguine alle vongole. Was surprised that the shells have been removed. Nevertheless the taste was good with white wine to flavour the pasta. Just like other reviews, the texture of the linguine was Al dente!! It’s really good. I like the pasta to be done this way. The thickness and the toughness is perfect. I will definitely be back. In fact, I’ve reserved a slot for dinner two days after my first try. 💯 Returned to try the other pasta (it’s with bacon + cheese). It was too salty for my liking. Try the linguine vongole, it’s good :)
