The Sushi Co - Holborn

This place is my new go-to Sushi stop at lunch time. It is made fresh so the urumaki aren't damp and soggy like you get at some places and the salmon sashimi is cut plump and fresh. Because it's made to order you do have to wait a few minutes, but it's worth the wait and anyway you can pre-order easily. I would like this place to succeed because it's so good, but I'm not sure about their business model. The first time I walked in there was no sushi in the display and I just walked out again. I didn't realise that it was a made to order place. Now there's a tiny sign telling you that you need to order, but I wonder how many people read it and say 'I can't wait' without realising that you don't have to wait long, and the sushi is very good! They really do need to market it better.

The Sushi co opened here in Holborn not long ago near my home and my family and I have bought from here a few times. The food is amazing. The hot meals are so warming and the sushi is so fresh and clean. The Sushi Co do 50% off an item every Tuesday and my siblings and I always look forward to see what item it will be. The staff are so welcoming and lovely. The food is halal aswell so that’s great and gives us more options. You must come and visit this place. 10/10.

Delicious sushi, very fresh ingredients - fish was exquisite. Very impressed. We had the sushi sharer platter for two, will be coming back and planning to show my colleagues this place as we work nearby. Decent price for good sushi in London. Cool venue too with a streety-vibe, and very friendly staff.
