A standard chain of cafe with a good range of food and drink in a decent area. There is a good amount of seating and a clean bathroom for customers.
Delightful manager who opened the store early to let a few bright eyed early doors customers in. Super friendly and welcoming and had me served along with the queue in just a few minutes. Clean and tidy with some good window seats (not many of them though) to see the world go by. Outside seating too.
I visited this cafe today and I’m terribly dissapointed with the service and the place. First thing the bartender today Didn’t understand our order, the hot chocolates were cold, he placed the aircon when outside is freezing , we asked …
Wonderfully warm and efficient welcome on a very rainy yet sunny last Saturday before Christmas 2019. Would have gone independent but memories of the bacon in a lightly toasted sourdough roll and promise of loyalty points lured me in.
Not that I'd ever have the expectation that every employee always has to smile at customers, but to get a lovely service with a smile from both the cashier and the barista in the morning was a nice start to my work day (04/03/25). Coffee up to standard as always in Costa.
