Visited as we were attending a private birthday party. Nice place which is really easy to and find. Nice clean and modern decor inside. We were in the suite to the left of the entrance. Has a private bar and hot food service counter and a coffee machine Good size carpark and located just opposite a Best Western hotel.

Nice varied menu - well cooked and very tasty. I particularly enjoyed my beef rendang and my friends risotto was lovely - I tasted myself ! Good drinks too

Went March 2020 and November 2019 and both times the staff have been marvelous and the food was exceptional. Was a perfect evening both times. A bit expensive for me when with the kids but I would still save and go again.. Kids loved the Nacho's and would go every week for them and I loved the Pina colada cocktail and the pork was delicious....

To be greeted by the manager who showed us to our table with them putting out order de4 steak was cooked to perfection medium rare... My husbandhad the chicken which he also enjoyed. We also ordered two garlic breads which was very light and fluffy.looking around to see other customers enjoy in the freshly made pizzas we will definitely be coming back to try one of those and also be telling our friends.
Compliments to the chef once again my steak was cooked to perfection.
bar staff and waitress staff manager once again was fantastic by giving us a box to take over our food as there was just too much we couldn't eat it all. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We arrived in booked on Sunday 1st April. They were short staffed as members had phoned in sick but between the 3 of them they food was really good and the service was exceptional. Breakfast the following morning was served by a lovely lady and her amazing grandson to help. Would definitely go there again.

Very pleasantly surprised by The Grill - went with a party of 8 for a friends birthday and the food was fantastic. We did wait a little while for food - but it was very busy - but without even mentioning anything to the waitress she came over, apologised and offered a free round of drinks ! Wonderful service all round.

Is just a pleasure to come and eat they treat you as part of the family. I have been here through business for over two years now no a bad meal or service as yet .

Waiting 25 mins for a cold dessert after which i got fed up went to the bar to pay the bill, tried to charge me for the dessert at which point i said i had been waiting 25 mins for the dessert and i would not be paying for it and all i got was OK !
No apology, no sorry about that sir, nothing, poor service and i wont be dinning here again even though i stay at the BW hotel next door often
If you want good customer service then dont expect it here

First impressions of the place were good until the food came. Everyone else was served before me as they had dropped my plate on the floor and had to make a new dish. No apology and everyone had pretty much finished before I even got served.
Was incredibly hard to get the waiters attention and they got our drinks order wrong twice.
I ordered the Homemade Lasagne, and it looked more like left overs that had been heated up. It was chewy and all of the meat was clumped together and dry.
When it came to the end we asked for the bill and that took around 20 minutes for them to do, so we ended up going to pay at the bar instead.
Overall I was very disappointed with my experience and the pricing of the food is expensive for the poor quality of it.

Considering there is nothing else around the prices were quite reasonable, and the food excellent. Travelling for my job you have to be happy with a meal and a drink for £15, and there were cheaper options. The burger I had was huge and tasted great. Staff polite and friendly

On entering the staff were delightful! Very nicely ushered us to our table and gave us an intriguing American diner style menu. Having scanned through the menu and deciding on the sirloin 8oz, a short while later, a fairly large steak and chips arrived. One bite and I knew this chef had done it right! So right, I actually went after to congratulate him on a brilliant dish! Not to forget the sticky toffee pudding for desert!! I will sleep well tonight!

Food was fine, but took quite a long time arriving even though the restaurant wasn't full. After getting our food the waitress ignored us. We wanted a pudding but she never came back. When we paid no one asked how the meal was, just took the money. Not very good customer service.

A varied menu and great food, all the staff were really polite and helpful. We met friends and took our 5 and 2 year olds who had a great time as there was space for them to play and walk around - they both got a colouring set which kept them happy too.
I would definitely visit again if I'm in the area as the restaurant is so easy to find from the M1.

We were 7 people and all had different choices of dishes but none of us was happy about the quality of the food. No freshness, no taste, no proper presentation and felt like old frozen food dishes warmed up in the microwave. I will never visit this place again.

Service is very slow, even to get a drink. Paella was nice but small serving. Didn’t realise till after my daughter ate her chicken burger that it should of come with onion rings. On telling the waitress all I got told was ‘I will let’em know’ no apology etc!

I was looking forward to trying this place as i had a sneaky preview online and it lived up to my expectations. Inside was lovely with a great vibe from customer's to the staff. The waitresses we're lovely with excellent customer service skills. The 5* food was very well presented and great tasting. Will definitely revisit should i have the chance �
