Very lovely Ladies working there. I wanted to grab some food while at work and my card was declined, but the lady behind the till still gave me the food and coffee. What a lovely and kind gesture!

Food is good. Sandwiches seem to be light on filling for what you pay. Never have chicken oval. Staff lovely.

Open nice and early. Always found the staff very friendly and pretty quick on the serving side. This shop does get pretty busy at times. Breakfast visits are our usual thing for a sausage and bacon baguette. £3.15 for one with a coffee! Greggs comes in for a bit of stick but you won’t find a better
Feeling peckish wasn't sure what I wanted to finish of my boring lunch, thought about a cake so greggs for a donut it was. Whilst in the queue I changed my mind went savoury and opted for a warm sosauge roll. Didn't go for the offer of soup or a drink. Just the roll.

Ah my Sunday morning treat...black coffee and croissant...quite lovely. Staff great, coffee great, pastries excellent but sandwiches poor, prefer Lidl at half the price
The best Gregg's store for quality and is speed of service goes to Billingham station road ! When demand is high early morning and cue's start ! All staff come forward and give full quality service to the customer so waiting time is reduced to 1 or 2 minutes even though they are leaving other jobs !

Cant beat a Greggs. With their breakfast or savoury deals or even afternoon cake with coffee is great
