Broad range of dishes available from the modest to very spicy. As well as the usual Brit favourites there are some chef's special dishes worth trying. They also have a few English and noodle based dishes for anyone who doesn't want anything from their regular menu. Staff are always polite and attentive. Cobra beer on tap and a stock of aperitifs and spirits. The restaurant itself needs a bit of a facelift: while it's generally satisfactory it is a bit worn.
Hamadan hit the spot. We all enjoyed the food, the 3 course deal is great value with the ability to choose any starter or main course. Service was prompt and friendly and the restaurant was pretty full so they are clearly providing an experience that people are happy with. Will return!

Six of us called in on Thursday 13th April we were seated in approximately 5 minutes the staff were very polite and friendly and at no point rushed us. We chose the meal deal menus which worked out quite well and I can honestly say everyone of us enjoyed our food I need to go back and get the name of my dish as it was one of the tastiest dishes I've ever had total cost including drinks was £153 I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hamadam for a nice relaxing meal

A midweek Indian. What more could we ask for? Great food, friendly service and good drinks. And we are close enough to walk. I would recommend dining in or collecting a takeaway.
I cook Pakistani, Bangladeshi and Sri Lankan food and I had the Hamadan Exotica, I couldn't fault it. Well balanced spices and flavoursome sauce not too dry. The lamb was tender and had a hint of spice. I want the recipe please Chef, I would really like to cook this!

Food is unbelievable its amazing. The waiter is the reason for 4 stars not 5. Had floating bits in pint and rather than accept it and change argued with me and was cold with our table for the rest of the evening. Other than that bang on
The food was excellent and its a lovely place to visit.
Really like this place, I am fed up with mediocre meals, we travel 8 miles out if town past a dozen other places to eat here. Clean, mostly pleasant staff & excellent food.
