Great old original pub. Full of locals creating a great atmosphere. They have live music regularly. Highly recommend for a fun night out .
Only popped in for a quick drink (14/10/23)
They had a live band on who were brilliant from what we saw of them, and the bar staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely friendly place. Just popped in on the spot but was made very welcome by a very helpful and friendly member of staff. If you are passing through or in Looe, I definitely recommend the place.
My go to pub while in Looe. One of the better ones in a town with several but mostly 'meh'.
Love the music nights, quality and nice service on every EVERY visit and was here quite a bit. Just wish more actual Cornwall beers beyond dull Sharps

Been coming to Looe for years and not once have we been in this pub, however we're glad we did this year! Very nice pub, with friendly staff and great atmosphere. There was music on at the time, and plenty of people we there enjoying the tunes which lead to a very positive and friendly atmosphere. T

In a group of 5 one night 7 the next they remembered our drinks each time. This is quite exceptional as a visitor to a pub. I was impressed.

Great little pub, live music fri-sun, watched reggae band on 1st night pub was rocking 😀, ended up going to Bullers all 3 evenings to watch entertainment. (all 3 bands were brilliant) made our holiday 😀, staff very friendly, cheap beer, definitely be back again next year.
Brilliant little Pub, just one recommendation, take a umbrella! This has to be Cornwall's only pub where it rains indoors ! Fantastic staff ,always up for a bit of banta !

What a cracking place, the girl on the bar was absolutely brilliant, made us feel very welcome as I worked my way through aaaaalll the various rums! Popped in for a quick one, stayed for 5 hours! We will be back next time we're in looe.
