Spoke to a supervisor called Cyprian. Needed some questions answering about KFC's store policies and he was absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much to this lovely lad for helping me out. Such an asset to the company. Knew all the answers straight away and was more than happy to help me as much as possible. Please thank this lad again for his support.
I just want to say a big thank you to Lee. I ordered what I thought was the 9 piece offer for our son who is autistic , only I hadn't realised it was for the fillets .our son cannot cope with change . So he changed it for a 10 pc bucket meal and I paid the difference . But even though it meant him taking the time , when they are very busy , he was so polite and helpful and a real credit to this KFC branch . You have a good asset there . Thank you again .
