The best cafe in the whole of Loughborough! The coffee is incredible and I buy the beans to use in the coffee machine at home. The cookies are also superb! The staff are super friendly, especially Darcy and Ellen!

Love it. Cookies are the *Bom*, would recommend the vegan mudpie for a delectable experience. Shoutout to Ellen, Darcy, Sam and Sophie for the BEST customer service I have ever received, and for adding protein to my shakes to keep me jacked.
Don't waste your time at the other branches, this one's the best.

Had a fantastic lunch here - my prosciutto focaccia was absolutely to die for and the coffee is next level. Wonderful staff that are welcoming and chatty. Highly try this place.

Excellent coffee ☕, gorgeous croissants 🥐, amazing cookies 🍪. The roasted veg focaccia. 🥪 is great, possibly a bit messy - just make sure you have a good serviette (or bib !). Great service too.

I love Bom Bom. My go to place to meet people or even go on my own with my little one. Love the cookies and the sandwiches, chai latte and milkshakes! Always look forward to the new sandwiches and trying them and the different cookie flavours although I love the original. Also lots of vegan and GF treats too.

This place is amazing! The vibes are awesome, the food is great! Cookies have great texture, a bit sweet for my taste but have a homemade taste that I loved. The savory meals are also very special and tasty. We were there right before closing time, there were some 'leftover' cookies so they gave us one for free. Definitely recommend!
