Toby Carvery was full so we came into town for a roast, couldn7have picked a better spot. For ordering the last Chicken and Lamb, the meat was cooked perfectly, not over done, and considering my friend is a chef that's high praise. Didnt expect to get a half a chicken and lamb on the bone but found
I went for a birthday Roast meal, it's a lovely place but sadly I didn't enjoy my roast lunch. The staff however were outstanding. It's a pretty place to go quite quaint.
Great old pub in the centre of the town. Great pint of Omen porter! We'll be back soon.
Not been in for a good number of years now. Lovely atmosphere and nice seating areas. Went with a couple of friends and none of us could believe the portion sizes! They were amazing. Food looked lovely and fresh and was brought in very good time. Will definitely go there again. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic pub. Great food and drinks at a very reasonable price.
Went for lunch with my Brother. And it was excellent. He had the Three Nuns Mixed Grill i had the Cheese and Bacon Burger. Both very generous portions.prices good , staff and service very good, We will be going there again.
Lovely pub with excellent local beers. The staff is friendly to the utmost extent. Even the toilets is a pleasure to visit 😊. We'll be back.
