Come in here to get my jellycat fix and also have used the cafe a few times. Cafe can be busy at times but we've always managed to find a seat. Staff are friendly and the store is always clean and well presented. It's just a shame that they're in the center that's due to be turned into accomodation

Had a dining table delivered today that we bought in store. Due to the current climate with regards to production overseas it was going to be delayed a bit but Tylers were excellent all the way through and kept us in the loop. The table came into stock in the time predicted.

Excellent customer service from Tylers. I purchased a bedside cabinet four years ago from them and wanted another one to match. In store I was told they no longer stocked the design but if I emailed details they would see if they could order one.

Beautiful shop selling beautiful items & is such an asset to Loughborough. It is such a shame however that most of the staff are rude, unhelpful & belittle customers. Maria waa particularly disappointing today.
