Nice coffee and cakes ok. Let down by the filthy interior. Sweep the floors..clean tables and clean windows/ doors.

Great to pop in for a coffee in the drive through. Helps accessibility by staying in the car and more convenient. No need to get my wheelchair out to enjoy a Costa coffee!

Staff are always pleasant and try hard to please. Cakes and sweet treats are expensive for what you get but save BEANS on the App and get a drink free to help costs.
Some seating and cushions could do with a good clean as they are showing stains.

Love Costa coffee it's my favourite coffee. They have a good range of toastie type food , and nice cakes. I loved the Christmas range of drinks and treats. It is a little expensive for 2 adults and 2 kids for drinks and food was over £20. I have the loyalty card so do you get a free drink.

First time using costa coffee in Loughborough. The place was busy which is usual for Costa however the food wasn't up to scratch. The toasties was undercooked so bit disappointed considering I paid £4.95 per toastie.

Lovely atmosphere in this coffee shop, whether coming into the shop or using the drive-thru. Often pop through drive-thru on my way to work

Staff are really friendly. After a long shift on the ambulance I really appreciated the free upgrade to a medium latte despite paying for a small. Thank you very much😊
