The Jolly Sailors - Lowestoft - Photo album

One vegan option available for each course. You need to book ahead for the dining room, but there was a variety of seats to choose from in the main pub indoors and out. Friendly, helpful service. Meals were tasty.
Had supper here on a Tuesday evening. Fish n chips and chicken in a basket. Both meals were well cooked and portion sizes were generous. The views out to sea were amazing. Well worth a visit.
Great food , great scenery, live music 🎶 pet friendly , nothing not to like about the jollys , has become a firm favourite
My first time here today. Breakfast with a friend. I asked for my breakfast well done and i can honestly say it was THE best breakfast ever. The quality was amazing. Absolutely will be coming back, oh and the Latte was beautiful too. Thankyou. Now looking at the rest of the menu for another visit 😍
Nicely positioned above the seafront, giving great views. Breakfasts looked good and the staff were efficient. Good choice of beers. Good place to stop for a coffee and enjoy the view.
We spent a holiday in England and this way by far the best food and drink we had during our time. Great dinner and breakfast, great service, and a beautiful location.

So whilst walking from Kessingland Beach Holiday Park to Lowestoft we came across this lovely contemporary pub and restaurant on the upper promenade overlooking the beach. We decided to stop here for a quick drink. The inside was very modern, clean and bright. The staff were very friendly. Having o
I was recommended this by a local to lowestoft as a "must visit" especially for their fish. My expectations were met as I tasted the freshest fish so well cooked, not greasy, light skin and melt in mouth fish. The meal did not take long to cook and the service was great. Add to this the sea view
Very nice pub right next to the beach, beautiful overlook. Modern inside with a great atmosphere. I wanted to like the food more, I had a chicken and bacon sandwich which had apparently no bacon so no flavor with just chicken and mayo. For £9.50 I thought it would be a lovely flavorful sandwich and
Large portions, fish cake, plaice and chicken were all tasty, can't even pick a favourite. Exceeded expectations of pub food, more like fine dining. Quick service too. Reasonable prices. One of best spots in Lowestoft.
Great food great service topped off with a lovely sea view. Highly recommended
Lovely location on the sea front, good selection of meal to chose from, very nice bistro type atmosphere, we had a lovely meal with excellent service, well worth a visit.
Had lunch here two days in a row that's how nice we thought it was. Great gluten free menu and a lot of the specials are also gluten free. Service was very good and bar is dog friendly.
Ate here twice in our four night break. Was recommended by our landlady. Great food and service. On the Thursday we had live music which was a bonus. Good atmosphere too.
