Really enjoyed my Fish and Chips with mushy peas as did my Mum and partner who swapped her mushy peas for some side salad which wasn't an issue. Good range of beers and ales. We ate in the bar area but there is also a restaurant. Quite reasonably priced. Good atmosphere for a Thursday afternoon, quite busy. Good sized car park opposite. We had a good view of the sea. There is a seating area outside which would be lovely in warmer weather. Good walks along the seafront.

One vegan option available for each course. You need to book ahead for the dining room, but there was a variety of seats to choose from in the main pub indoors and out. Friendly, helpful service. Meals were tasty.

Large portions, fish cake, plaice and chicken were all tasty, can't even pick a favourite. Exceeded expectations of pub food, more like fine dining. Quick service too. Reasonable prices. One of best spots in Lowestoft.

Situated on the cliff top of Pakefield, service is excellent it would have achieved 5 stars if it wasn't for the vegetarian sausage bap, I eat veggie sausages all the time and there are better makes out there, they were very pasty inside, 2ND REVIEW, we have been back today for the 4th time for lunch it was superb, I had the cod loin, it wasn't a loin but a pice of cod fillet and the sauce was a little oily but wonderful taste and cooked perfectly my husband had the brisket of beef both which was so tender and there was that much of it he could hardly eat it and again cooked to perfection, would we both have it again you bet we would and can highly recommend them.

Ate there for my granddaughter's 10th birthday treat. All four meals were delicious. Fish and chips were good and a really big portion it was haddock. Green Tai curry with chicken was very tasty and the king prawn linguine was excellent. Desserts were just as good and presented really well. Couldn't fault anything. Service staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked late afternoon so restaurant was not too busy or noisy. Would highly recommend.

Had supper here on a Tuesday evening. Fish n chips and chicken in a basket. Both meals were well cooked and portion sizes were generous. The views out to sea were amazing. Well worth a visit.

So whilst walking from Kessingland Beach Holiday Park to Lowestoft we came across this lovely contemporary pub and restaurant on the upper promenade overlooking the beach. We decided to stop here for a quick drink. The inside was very modern, clean and bright. The staff were very friendly. Having ordered our drinks we chose to sit in the good sized seating area to the front taking in the beautiful coastal views and making the most of the sun. The pub was dog friendly with plenty of fresh looking water bowls to hand. Whilst we did not eat, many people were. The portions looked good and the smell was lovely. The only random observation to point out was when entering the very clean ladies toilets, the door opened straight onto a wall, leaving a tight squeeze for some to get into the room. Overall.. lovely and clean with friendly staff and great views.. appeared very popular and yes, we would certainly return.

I was recommended this by a local to lowestoft as a "must visit" especially for their fish. My expectations were met as I tasted the freshest fish so well cooked, not greasy, light skin and melt in mouth fish. The meal did not take long to cook and the service was great. Add to this the sea views and location and this truly is a winning combination of great food, and great location. Whilst it was quietish at lunch, be warned this is a popular venue so I am told and I can well believe it Lots of other great things on the menu but as a fish n chips fan the "catch of the day" was a must have. Top marks from me a foodie with an appetite.

Delicious fish and chips! (And I don't usually like fish and chips!) The fish was buttery and flakey and the chips were crispy but soft This was a local recommendation since I'm here for work and it was a 10/10! Beautiful views, nice and quiet, good food. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

We spent a holiday in England and this way by far the best food and drink we had during our time. Great dinner and breakfast, great service, and a beautiful location.

Absolutely brilliant place, although we only stopped in for Bacon roll, Sausage in a roll, cup of coffee and hot chocolate, it was well priced, fast service and friendly staff, will definitely go back.

Lovely pub with nice ambience. We just had a couple of drinks, but didn't eat here. Got chatting to a local couple and had a pleasant afternoon.
