Can't believe that I've never been here before. Every single plate of food was top-notch. They really do serve the best Chinese food in Lowestoft!

The most delicious Chinese food at a very reasonable price. Lovely friendly owners made for a great personal dining experience for us, and my children were full of how much they had enjoyed their food, and all the special little touches such as the decorative garnish, fortune cookies and chopstick lesson. We were very glad we chose to eat here on our evening visit to Lowestoft from our holiday accommodation further along the coast.

The owner is such a lovely guy and deserves all of the business he can get! The food tastes amazing and the prices are so reasonable! Visited whilst on holiday and this would be my regular if I was local. Fortune cookie is a must if you’re in the area!! Unfortunately there isn’t any parking directly outside but parked a few minutes walk away on the opposite side of KFC and could walk through.

An absolute gem to find. The best Chinese food I've ever tasted. The owner was exceedingly helpful and kind, accommodated my very awkward eating habits, he went above and beyond to make our meal an enjoyable experience. My son loved it so much he has booked his birthday meal there so the whole family can be treated to exquisite cuisine. Please look beyond its location and the outside of the restaurant, once seated, you'll switch off, relax listening to the soothing music and have the tastiest meal. Thank you fortune cookie!

My partner said this is the best Chinese food he’s ever had in the UK and I have to agree. Many Chinese restaurants made a mistake by tailoring it too much to the local palate, but not this cute mom-and-pop style restaurant. Everything we ordered was very flavourful! My personal favourite is the House Special Fried Rice. I also love their Chicken with Ginger and Onion, and Beef in Black Bean Sauce. The portion is a bit small though, so order more. Overall, this place is amazing and highly recommended!

Cannot fault, start to finish. Professional, calm & friendly service, with good humour. Clean environment, with minimal decor without a modern style which personally adds for an authentic feel myself. I did not feel rushed at all, and the food was phenomenal to a very high standard. Probably the best Chinese I have had, coming from out the area I have tried my fair share of Chinese takeaways and restaurants. Food was not greasy, it was piping hot and tasted amazing. Highly recommended you won't regret it. Trust in the reviews. 🙂 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Wow, wow, wow. First time visit last night after reading reviews. Absolutely exceptional service from Jim the owner who spent lots of time chatting to us. The food was amazing, easily the best Chinese meal we have ever had. What a little gem of a place. Like Arnie said "I'll Be Back".

Been here a couple of times the last few years, with Covid obviously limiting our visits. The latest meal here was as lovely as always. The owner is always so friendly, and even provided 1 of the kids with dumplings (as they asked) which isn't even on the menu! Food was delicious, and a more than reasonable price (it worked out less than £15 a person for a group off 11, and we had starters as well as main and a couple of drinks each). Really enjoyed catching up with friends for the first time since we moved to the area, and the venue definitely helped make it easy. Thank you Fortune Cookie

I’ve lived in East Anglia for almost 6 years and had my parents down visiting and I can hand on heart say this is the best meal I’ve had the pleasure of eating in that time. The friendliest staff and the most amazing food. Will be back again soon and I can’t wait to try something different off the wonderful menu. I can’t believe the value for money either! What a place I wish I could give them more stars!!!
