Small cod and chips £8.30 cooked fresh fish batter nice and crispy chips nicely cooked very enjoyable on a cold day at the coast
Also sampled squid (salt and pepper) £4.50 interesting taste would order again.
Both times I visited my battered sausage and chips were excellent.
Prices seemed reasonable for a chippy so close to the beach, and the service was efficient and friendly.
The small covered outdoor seating area was a welcome bonus.
Found this place by chance as most chippies were closed for Mothering Sunday. Did have to wait about 20 minutes, BUT, that's what you get for freshly cooked to order.
The fish was superb..... couldn't complain and my wife and girls all said it was delicious.
Highly recommended and the staff couldn
In a perfect world id have the fish from Perry's and the chips from the chippy from the chip shops I've visited. But that's not going to happen. There are a lot of exceptional fish and chip shops in the area, this place certainly is one of them. It tastes just like the fish and chips from the golden
Only 2 minutes walk from the beach and lots of seating at the premises and on the grassy area by the cliff tops. There is a ample free public car park along with a few spaces out front.
It was lovely to see lots of food ready in the cabinet which meant our fish and chips were served immediately! Thi
Today is the second time I have visited in a week, our Large haddock and chips were cooked to perfection, crispy chips, and haddock as white as snow. Perfect batter, large and mouthwatering fish. The young frier on duty really knows his stuff and the front of house young man so polite, and really ap
First visit to Pakefield and we came across this fish and chip shop. We were very impressed; the fish was cooked to order and the medium was more than I could eat. The chips were crunchy and hot (nothing's worse than a floppy chip).
The chap serving was friendly and when he realised we planned to ea
Second visit. Very busy - and appears for good reason. Fish and chips was top notch !
First visit, excellent service, food is cooked to order, fish and chips were the best in the Lowestoft area as the batter was very crispy, we returned today my husband had skate he said it was lovely and I had the large cod, superb, large flakes of white fish
Had cod and chips, was cooked fresh. Took advantage of the car park at end of the road with views out to sea. Will go again.

Still a lovely chippy. Wasn't too busy today because of the weather. But food cooked to order was delicious, and as always friendly helpful staff.
Coming from the North West of England and living near numerous excellent fish and chip shops, I was blown away by the standard of these fish and chips. Good sized portion, nice and dry,. Well worth the money.
One of the best Fish and Chip shops ive been to in a long time. A repeat customer. 😁
The chips are a little bit dry, definitely not as good as Gibbs but the nuggets and batter sausage are very tasty.
I think this is a gem. Not on the tourist map but much liked and used by locals. Perfect location for buying then eating on beach close by. Polite and efficient service. There are other chip shops that win awards further down the coast but in my mind this is as good if not better. About £8-£10per he
Always open even when others for miles around are closed . Fresh fried battered fish really lovely and walk a few yards to eat it in front of the sea .
