If you want good food, good prices with a good atmosphere then this is your place. Staff are friendly and the quiz night on Thursdays and Sundays are really fun. The home made cheesecake is a must try!
Was at wedding reception here,drinks reasonable price,shorts £4 single or £5 double. Bar staff good. garden area safe for kids as has to be accessed from car park via 6 foot gate!
Hired the separate function room "The Barn" on sat night for a club presentation/ social evening for 60 people with a buffet. Chris was helpful with sorting the booking and buffet requirements out...On the night Bec and staff looked after us very well with a very tasty ,fresh and plenty full buffet
Just been there for a roast. Only had the standard size and unless you are a really good eater it's more than enough. Everything is home cooked and delicious. Deserts are very reasonable too and really good size portion. All staff really friendly and helpful. We'll worth a visit.
It's a pub... it has food and drinks. The service is GREAT, though. Our server was so nice and attentive. She is a reason why I would go back.

Had a lovely meal tonight pulled pork burger for myself and chicken and chorizo mac & cheese for the wife. Followed by chocolate fudge cake for the wife and sticky toffee pudding for myself both homemade. 2 pepsi max and 2 gin and tonics for just over £40 amazing value for money very tasty good qual

First visit tonight, had a fab evening joining the Thursday night pub quiz. An interactive app driven quiz with a good number of varied questions. However the best part was the fantastic food, good portion size of tasty prepared meals. Thoroughly recommend.
Turned up on the off chance for a Sunday roast, staff really friendly. Meal was absolutely great, Yorkshire puddings were huge. Cleared my plate and that's a first. Will hopefully go back again.

It's places like this that are the backbone of our country and if I lived in the area it would certainly be my local.
I honestly hope they can still flourish with all these huge bills coming in.
