Really nice pub, glad my friend took me there. Friendly staff and the landlord even said hello to us. Welcoming, tv on with sport and a very good selection of beers. I look forward to going back. Best use a taxi.
I went here for the live music which was very good. The pub is pretty spacious, friendly staff and a fairly standard selection of beers. One bonus for me, though, I bumped into an old friend I hadn't seen for over twenty years.
There was a singer in tonight and she was absolutely fantastic, she really made our night. Staff here are so friendly too 👌 all round great evening.
We've popped in a few times now and have had some quite good evenings in here. Cheap beer and the occasional cheese vender!

Pleasant pint of 6X. Friendly service, rather quiet (Tuesday night). Love the silhouette murals of a 14-18 Tommy, Falklands soldier and Captain Sir Tom Moore.

Great landlord who adds the special touches like free chilli soup or roast spuds during the footie. There is some lovely ales and the prices are very reasonable with great screens for live sport including many PPV boxing bouts if a live band isn't hogging the stage!

decent service not too bad on the selection of drinks that you can have for a fairly reasonable price and there is sky sports for those that watch the footie
