Pot Belly

Many reasons why I will never return here; the main reason being how filthy it was. My knife had food stuck on it, the benches we sat in we're covered in stuck on food. The tablecloth across from us looked like it hadn't been washed in a month. The floor hadn't been swept and the bathroom was horrid. Usually a little bit of dirt doesn't bother me, but this was beyond a "little". In addition our waitress was on her cell phone upon us walking in, seated us and went back to her phone. The restaurant was dead, and if there's time to lean, there's time to clean-and this place needed it. When we got our food, I was pleasantly surprised that my steak was fabulous, but my father's chicken dish was horrible. It was supposed to be noodles in a white sauce with lentils and chicken breast: the chicken was undercooked, white sauce tasted sour and noodles were well past a day old. My surgery and turf included 3 shrimp and a very small steak, under 6oz. For 27$. 5star prices for half star quality. I do not recommend this place. If you're obligated to go here, beware.

This place use to be very good but seems to have gone downhill the last few years. We're there last night and got the spinach salad with shrimp. Was not edible at all and was pretty much just a pile of spinach. Dressing was not edible at all smelt bad. Kids food and wife's salad was decent. Worst part is they never even asked why the salad was untouched even as they saw me eating my kids leftovers. That kind of service is unfortunate. Not recommended any more at all.

Homemade soup was great and so were the drinks. The seats and tables seemed sticky and dirty. The bathrooms need to be updated as well. There isn’t much privacy in there. It took our soup 25 minutes to come to our table. When all it takes is grabbing a bowl and pouring us soup. We had to ask twice where our soup was. We weren’t very pleased with the place so we grabbed a check after our soup a left. Seems like a decent American family restaurant. Just not my style I guess, and it needs to be deeply cleaned.

I’m sorry but the food here was horrible. My moms pasta was filled with water, my brothers cheeseburger wasn’t cooked, my dads meatloaf was rock solid and my salad was literally lettuce and dressing. But just that but it took SO long to get food, drinks and literally everything else. We never even got all the drinks we ordered!! We had to take home my brothers burger to cook it!!! Also it was so expensive for this horrible meal. I don’t recommend coming here. Was not happy with how it turned out.

Food was ok, a little expensive for the quality of the food. Service very slow and not very attentive. No A/C so almost unbearable to eat in a place so hot. Saw a couple of groups of people walk out due to slow service and not being waited on. It's too bad because it's a nice place and could be a good place to eat or just stop for drinks with friends. If they can't deliver good service with a few tables of customers I can only imagine what the service is like when they are a little more busy.
