Dunkin is always a nice treat but some of the staff in there nor so much, some are rather rude.

Man I love this place very very friendly staff. And one of the cashiers is pretty cute to. Her name was Melissa and for some reason I can't get her off my mind. But what a great place.

Joke of a place. Parking sucks an they yell at you for parking in a spot making you move before service. Won’t be going back. Dunkin’ you aren’t a gas station so why are you one in ludlow Vt location you can do better

Literally do not even bother ordering for curbside pickup. Takes 15 minutes plus for a basic order.

I asked for large coffee 6 creams 8 sugars well stirred and there is no sugar in it. Also had to wait about 10 minutes just to get gas, and would not let me put Shaw's rewards at pump.

When I walked in there was only one person working, and they seemed to be doing everything themselves. They didn't seem trained correctly, there were flies and it was not up to code. They were the only person working until closing and I believe they are in high-school.

I can't recommend this Dunkin location. Definitely not up to the Dunkin standards, appears very poorly managed. They were out of many items, slow service, condiment station was empty, garbage over full. Try somewhere else, anywhere else.

Stood there long enough to watch someone walk out. Telling ya, had they at least acknowledged the 7 customer line that had grown instead of just walking by over and over, I would've been less agitated. Decent coffee and doughnuts though
