Everytime i go in, the mafia turn up and take my food. But if i dress like a Sicilian they ignore me and pick someone else. Overall nice food.

At the Sicilian Cafè you can meet traditional English meals and Sicilian cafes! I am Italian and the coffee is one of the things that I miss the most. But here I found the heaven! Highly recommend!

Love this place I would say it was the best cafe in Luton friendly service great cooks allways hot food and a vary reasonable price and there black pudding is lovely I recommend this to anyone who visits us and any one who reads this I have three kids who all eat differently and the Sicilian makes what they won’t so u can go off the menu and keep the little ones happy 👍🏻

Typical local cafe. Friendly staff, great food (breskfast).. All 3 of us cleaned out plates. Would recommend.

My friend and I were driving around this area, looking for a place to eat. We stopped over after looking at the cafe. We both generously ordered lunch and coffee and then realized that the cafe only takes cash. We were out of cash for the coffee. So we told the staff to cancel the coffee. But they offerred us the coffee for free. It was good to see that humanity and love still exists in the world. We ordered Sicilian Chicken and Americano, it was worth the price we paid.
Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend..

Great food, service is little slow of cleaning used dishes from tables. Recommended.
