Austin is a superstar! He runs an incredible service - the food is delicious (those roast potatoes!), the staff are friendly and positive and the place is spotless. Because of Austin’s high standards we are regulars and we love visiting and eating here. As we LOVE the staff, food and setting we chose to have our wedding reception here! It was the best choice we made! It is brilliant usually but Austin (and his team) really went above and beyond to make it special. Planning: Austin met with us regularly and answered our questions and gave us some brilliant ideas leading up to the wedding reception. He as incredibly helpful and thoughtful and genuinely improved our event. Austin helped us with planning tables and helped put up decorations. Seriously we are so grateful because Austin went the extra mile! Dietary requirements: He helped us set up a table plan and was incredibly proactive about food allergies/dietary requirements - making sure he and his staff knew where they sat so there wouldn’t be any mistakes. He made sure on the day that everyone knew the ingredients of the different buffet options and my guests told us it made them feel very safe. Austin made sure in advance that there would be enough vegan and special food orders. Service: We had over 100 guests at our wedding and Austin (and his team) made sure that everyone got food quickly and that special orders came out at the right time for each table. Austin helped us adjust last minute changes to orders too. Our guests said how lovely and friendly Austin (and his team) were and they helped make the day special. Austin himself added some very kind and thoughtful surprises for us. Thank you so much! With Austin in charge, we had ZERO stress. He thought of everything, was professional, proactive and so friendly! I’d highly recommend holding events here because Austin and his team are amazing. We can’t thank you enough for the wonderful memory you made with us and our guests! We’ll see you soon!
