The food has gone downhill but the only reason I’m giving them a high rating is because of my experience today. I was served by Mann khimani she was so lovely and friendly her smile made my day 😊 everyone else there is not as nice so I was pleased to be served my Mann she later on kept checking if we needed anything and if the food was okay. She is a very good asset to the business well done to whoever hired her 👏🏻

Took my family to Frankster’s in Luton for lunch. Place was a bit crowded. We ordered the Big Daddy, Moody, Cheeseburger. Whole grilled chicken with rice and fries. The portion was small. They have a sink to wash your hands.

Can't go wrong with franksters. Consistently good fresh food. This time I tried the peri peri wings. Very nice and juicy, decently sized wings. However, bit pricey for £5.50 on their own 😅 but great nonetheless. Service is lovely. Your buzzer rings when your food is ready usually within 5-10 minutes depending on how busy it is at the time.

Great sport for delicious halal burgers. One of the best burgers that I have had in a long time. I can easily recommend this place and will return to it. The only thing that I disliked were the cheese-chips, which did not seem to use real cheese. Everything else however (burgers, speed of service, seating) was great.

Another burger place similar to other burger brands. A little bit cheaper, but the quality it’s more or less the same as the other places. Nothing really special. Service was correct.

I am not a fan of burgers but recently I tried the New Yorker from Frankster’s and have been craving another takeaway since then. I also loved their garlic dip. Thanks.

We got ourselves the angus beef special for takeaway.. the burger was fresh, saucy, juicy and so so so yum. The service was good. Covid-19 sops were followed. We also ordered sweet potato fries and they were pretty good.. however they got soft by the time we reached home. Giving 4 stars because the size of the burger was very small as compared to the price they're charging..12 pound for a meal. the bun n patty size should be increased as compared to the price.
