The best subway branch in Luton. The plus point is that all the meat is HALAL. Their staff is really friendly and provide you the best service.

Quick and efficient service, the staff were polite and the store was clean and tidy.
I haven't been at this branch for for at 3 years. Standards had dropped and took custom elsewhere. Tried again today. Under new management and amazing service. Was served by a gentleman called Perth. Brilliant service. Explained my dietary requirements (allergies) and accommodated really well. Would definitely use again. Keep it up lads.

Nice clean venue! Quick service, I had the 6inch tuna sub. The lady serving was friendly and the sub was well made; not too much salad that it falls apart in your hand and not too little that you need to ask for extra. Great cookies too! I will be back.
New location as there wasn't one here before. Nice clean place with helpful staff. I'd definitely buy here again. I've always been a Subway fan and I've never been disappointed with the quality & food options available. Purchased a 12" for the first time and couldn't finish it off just too much for me!

I haven’t visited subway for a while due to lockdown but today Has made my day by the amazing customer service I have received today at this particular store. Visited the store today at around 7:45pm and was greeted and spoken to with respect. It was really clean and inviting...will visit again soon!!!
We love our local subway. Since they first opened all the staff and management have demonstrated a highly courteous and professional attitude towards all customers.
We take our son in weekly and he is in a Wheelchair. Their main access was not ideally designed to allow wheelchair access and prior to the wheelchair ramp being available (only for just over a week without) they assisted above and beyond that which was required or expected.
They made us all feel very welcomed and have been very understanding towards my son's high level of special needs.
The food is delicious and always tastes lovely and fresh. My favourite is the box of 12 cookies, mainly macadamia ones. So if you go there on a weekend, don't you dare buy out all the macadamia.... They're mine 😂
