A lovely place to shop. Such an improved shopping experience in comparison to other stores.
Clean, tidy and with delightful, seemingly hard working staff.
Good quality items at acceptable prices.
Star buy was my bunch of flowers (see photo) now 10 days old!

Pleasant and clean store excellent customer service prices are still a little high compared to local competitors

Almost a village store in a town. Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere - although it was a Sunday. The car park looked like it could be a gridlock nightmare but I somehow slid in and out effortlessly without really knowing where I was going. Clearly marked pedestrian paths increase safety. Lots of keenly priced items for those who can and like to purchase ahead of time &/or have a flexible meal plan. Plenty of quality items to treat yourself with. Good selection of ground and bean coffee, both blend and 'single origin'. Perhaps the fridge & freezer cabinets should be at the end of your 'run' to the checkouts. Tasty range of cordials. Accessing some of the lowest shelving could be challenging

The Waitrose shop in Lutterworth sells a large variety of good quality products. This shop is excellent.

Great range of quality products, some unusual brands, and very pleasant staff.

I like the wide aisles and openness of Waitrose stores, this one was well stocked with helpful staff. Free car park for 2 hours too.

Still excellent, but showing signs of the times...missing stock and *some* prices ridiculously high.

Always a very pleasant shopping experience

I love visiting this supermarket on a regular basis.
You can tell as soon as you walk into the store how brightly coloured all the fruit & veg are.
They have a great selection and it’s very well sourced and high quality.
The meats and dairy are sourced from ethical farms and the animals have been fed a healthy diet.
They have a great selection of plant based products, I love the Method and Ecover brands as I try to do my bit for the environment.
The store is always clean and fresh, the staff are great too, I’m just glad that I can afford to shop here.
I swear by the Waitrose own brands which are reasonably priced.
Please don’t ever close this store down like the legendary branch in Blaby or I’ll be screwed!

Nice quality stuff but ridiculously over priced no wonder it was virtually empty when Morisons next door was flat out great for a treet but that's it 👍

Saturday 30th July - I decided to do a last minute dash to Waitrose with my two year old son, whom is usually a well behaved little angle but on this occasion wasn’t. My son decided to have a complete meltdown in the shop and he wouldn’t stop crying. I was doing everything I could to stop my passionate toddler from screaming his head off but nothing was working. Eventually a kind member of staff approached me to offer her assistance. She instantly diffused the screaming situation by offering my son a Paw Patrol chocolate lolly. It was like nothing had happened, the crying stopped instantly. This is why I shop at Waitrose, Lutterworth… the customer service is exceptional. Thank you!

Super big store with beautiful produce and lots if choice.
Staff are friendly and helpful. A large carpark but narrow isles for driving around so care needed when watching for traffic coming from what you might think is a parking space.

Waitrose is just brilliant. Everything always looks so clean and fresh, and the employees are all super helpful and polite. Always lots of good offers, and a good size car park immediately in front of the store.

Always excellent service & very helpful friendly staff. It has been a very pleasant experience to shop here during the current situation. It has been efficiently handled & I have had no problem at all buying what I need. Thank you Waitrose Lutterworth & all your staff🥰

Never had a bad experience here.
Staff absolutely fabulous and, if they have it, it will be of the highest quality.
My main concern is 'if they have it'. It's a very small store and more in line with a corner shop of days gone by than the hypermarkets we are used to. Waitrose is not having an easy time of it at the moment so it's unlikely the store will be expanded any time soon which is a shame as this is what is needed.
Waitrose isn't cheap but a lot of what they sell is worth the price (the fish for instance) so I have to admit I like shopping with them but a greater choice in the Lutterworth store would be welcome.

This is a great Waitrose!
It is very large with loads of different food and household items, a little cafe with (two disabled friendly toilets and baby changing stations next to it), and a Click & Collect area with a free coffee station too!
The staff here are all very cheery and friendly, and this place is run very efficiently.
I think the locals in the area are very lucky to have such an exceptional store!
