We had a three night stay to explore the Forest of Dean & Wye valley. The location was ideal for this. The breakfast was cooked fresh every morning by Martin the owner & it was very good. Our room was very clean & comfortable & we would stay there again.

I can't fault our stay at the Swan House B&B. From start to finish, Martin went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. The room was modern and spotless, parking was easy, and breakfast the following day was delicious.

Have popped in for breakfast several times, always excellent. A new pergola has just been built on the patio area which will be good for people who come there with dogs, as I did today. owner showed me some of the work he had been doing on a new room in the hotel and it looked very nice.

Lovely bed and breakfast. The rooms were recently refurbished to a good standard. Smallish but everything we needed. Nice selection of teas, fresh coffee machine and fresh milk available. Quiet and comfortable rooms, very clean. Lovely friendly staff, keen to make the stay a positive one. Breakfast
We really enjoyed our visit to the Swan House Tea Room! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the afternoon tea was delicious - we especially enjoyed the feta and red pepper scone! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tea room to others.
Very welcoming hosts, lovely rooms, well appointed and very comfortable. Great breakfast, would have liked to stay for afternoon tea. Located opposite the bus stop which takes you close to the start point of Offas Dyke. Would definitely recommend.We we’re a group of 4 people.
Our first visit to Lydney and hopefully not our last. A wonderful welcome by Martin - our accommodation on the ground floor it was immaculate and so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud! It’s a really quiet area. Breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from and beautifully cooked. T
