Fresh fish at great prices, witnessed and received great customer service from 2 gents despite a large queue. Was more than happy to wait and cool down in the shop during heatwave!

A great place to get fresh seafood. My husband and I have tried their shrimp, scallops, and squid so far during our visit to Lyme Regis, and they’ve been superb every time. We’ve also enjoyed picking up their little pot of cockles as our afternoon snack! YUM. 👌🏼

Great hole in the wall selling some real seafood. Come and see what has come in and from where.. I would recommend buying stuff in bulk for cooking but if you are a tourist you can probably swallow the overpriced taster portions in high season.

This Thursday I walked down from the Alexandria Hotel to buy fish to take back home in Surrey. It was 9.30 and shop wasn’t open. However, the very kind gentleman served me anyway. Monkfish and Hake. Dinner for Thursday and Friday sorted. Delicious. Thank you.

Flapping fresh fish and seafood. Very helpful staff. Allowed us to keep our fish in their fridge whilst we went to the beach.

So nice to see a wet fish outlet still operating in the area, whilst on holiday in the area it was the only one we found between Weymouth and Lyme Regis, good friendly service. I have to be honest and say I have no idea on current prices, possibly a little expensive but was only the same as a ice-cream ..

Love this place! Beautiful fish and wonderful seafood. We just had the freshest scallops and we are looking forward to some lovely looking John Dory. A feast for 4 at £20!

Top notch, no nonsense fishmonger, gleaming fresh fish and great variety. Very useful to be allowed to buy your fish then store in their fridges until they close at 5. Highly recommended!

Absolutely superb, with a wonderful range of the best and freshest fish and seafood in the area. Staff couldn’t be more accommodating. The oysters were some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Don’t bother going anywhere else. Highly recommend 😊

A pint of Prawns and huge great big whole crab for £13. You walk past all the restaurants along the quay, past the sandwich shop and you get the chance to eat prawns on the sea front. Highly recommend.

We come every year to spend a week in Lyme Regis - it is simply the loveliest place for a break. I cannot recommend the Wetfishop Ltd highly enough. Their fish is just the best. This time we were lucky enough to have a feast of "hand-dived scallops". I love scallops and have eaten them in many restaurants, but the ones we bought from the Wetfishop were the best I have ever tasted. Creamy, fresh and melted in the mouth. The prawns, the biggest and juiciest, and tonight we are sampling their monkfish. Well done - worth coming to Lyme Regis for this lovely little fish shop alone!
