I've been a fan of Costa for ages. Their staff always manage to tick my important boxes: friendly, courteous and who truly understand how important it is to make a customer welcome and provide an environment in which to enjoy a top-quality product. The team in this particular outlet also seems to have that rare knack of making you feel you are the only customer they are serving despite being busy. This is a customer service gift which cannot be taught and raised an already enjoyable experience to another level. Well done.
Kale was very good at making drinks and was great full for Kamaris large tip. His funny face made charlie have a giggle. Kale then let us have free wooden sticks to munch on for an early lunch. The pombears made my taste buds tingle and the rainbow Costa coffee cup is a must have. Overall very good, very nice.
Have visited many Costa coffee shops and usually dont allow dogs but this one did. The staff are really friendly and gave a great service. Highly recommend a visit with or without a dog.
Service was a little slow but friendly and I think still merits 5 stars. The seating is comfortable and the Window seats give a great way to sit back and people watch.

Nipped in here while waiting for the bus. Nice range of tempting treats and the lady (with the long hair and glasses) was really friendly and helpful. Superb customer service. Also I observed the young man working too chatting to holiday makers while serving them and answering their questions about Lyme Regis. They were obviously delighted too with the service. Outstanding.
I cannot thank the kind staff enough who helped me when I was feeling unwell on Monday 12th September. They very kindly allowed me to rest and recover as I had vacated my hotel and was due to leave Lyme Regis before feeling faint and nauseous. The staff were extremely kind and understanding offering to fetch medication for me and assuring me that I was not an inconvenience.
Just to confirm that I was poorly before entering the cafe and only had water there.
