Oh my word, what a lovely gem of a place Sextons is! We were in Lymm a couple of weeks ago on a specific trip to collect an order from one of the other little shops in the village. My brother asked if I wouldn’t mind popping in Sextons, for some of his favourite cakes for him while I was there. We
Top notch bakery this. Massive range of proper cakes, couldn't decide. The apple and cinnamon pastry I had was awesome. I had a beef and horseradish barm, was just the thing for lunch. Also has a salad bar and ice cream, as well as a decent packaged food offering.

Staff were so friendly and extraordinarily welcoming. Sandwiches were great, with a super range and the freshest bread. The cakes were excellent and wide ranging and their deli election was also well stocked and diverse. Superb!
Lovely food, lovely place, good coffee. Dog friendly!! It was raining heavily so our Labradoodle was drenched. They provided a blanket to help her get comfortable and dry out. Thank you.
Lovely coffee and delicious home made cakes, bread and savouries. Staff warm and friendly and thankfully dog friendly 😊 will definitely be back with the dog
First time visiting for a few years. Was disappointed that the cafe part is no longer. That being said, you can still get all you could before but only as takeaway. Tastes every bit as good as I remember.
Wonderful service whilst buying ice cream today. The lady went out of her way to be helpful. The ice cream was phenomenal. Would highly recommend.
Biscoff ice cream is the best!
(though for those who can have milk, the a scoop of blackcurrant sorbet is really great too. And even the cone is milk free!)
Been going to Lymm for years but only recently visited Sextons and what a great little find. Great food, service was great and staff were very attentive. I'm now a regular.
Sextons is a bakery , coffee and brunch place as well. The quality of all products i ve tried exceed my expectations.
The location is just lovely, touching the river.
The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful and polite.

Excellent bakery in the heart of Lymm It is a nice place to sit and drink coffee and eat lovely prepared cold or hot sandwiches.
There is also a fine selection of sauces, relishes and other condiments. There's plenty more choices than in most deli. There is a very nice choice of cakes too.

Fresh sandwiches are fantastic, pies, pasties to die for. Always fantastic service. Cakes are a must
Called in after cycling down from Chorley, we hadn't given it a though about not being able to sit together but it wasn't a problem has there were enough empty tables to cater for the 4 of us. Food and Service was excellent and friendly staff.
