The Swan - Lyndhurst - Photo album

We had just visited Furzey Gardens and we were heading back to the town but we stumbled across this place really. Our good fortune. I didn't know what I wanted for lunch but I knew I would know when I saw it. One of those days. We decided to sit indoors and there was plenty of seating. Round tables
Driven past The Swan many times but pleased we stopped on Saturday, so much so, we went back Sunday. Good choice of food and nice to see bread and butter offered with the fish and chips! Service was very good. Lovely pub inside and great garden. Extremely dog friendly with treats, water and poo bags
10/10. Super friendly staff, quick service, and the food was so lovely. Tasty fish and chips! Really great garden with lots of space and seating. Very dog friendly. Will be visiting again, thank you!
Very cosy traditional pub with great choice of food and beer. Staff is very friendly to all including dogs and little kids. Food is really good, much better than in an average pub. Great time after a good hike!
This quiet little village pub is fantastic. It serves a wide range of food for adults and children and even has a menu for dogs. The staff are friendly and the parking ample. We like to make an detour to visit if we are heading over to that part of the country. It’s well worth a visit.
Great food very accommodating with the gluten free diet menu. Really friendly and food tastes 😊
Beautiful pub, lovely location, fantastic food at reasonable prices. Would easily be 5 stars if the new owners hadn't been so short-sighted as to remove the electric car chargers from the car park.
Excellent pub with a large garden and beautiful views. Food was high quality and cooked perfectly. Steak and seabass,,😋staff and service very friendly.
Great staff & great location. Good pub food at fair prices - if you order using the stonegate app you will notice a special set menu available that is not listed on the printer menus ;)
Stopped here for lunch as part of a day out treat for my 89 year old mum. The staff were fantastic especially the young man who she beckoned over to say that she didn’t like spiders (the fantastic Halloween decorations). In her mind a little joke but we think he was a little worried that something w
A really lovely welcoming pub. To say dog friendly is an understatement, not only are treats available, but also a menu just for them and beds so they are comfortable. The staff are very welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Will definitely make a note of this pub and be back again!
Family friendly with good food. A good range of activities for young ones available as well as nicely decorated for Halloween. The young lady (with long dark hair) serving was excellent, the only shame was that we were unable to leave a tip to her as the meals were paid upfront.
Pub had a great space for parking, we were welcomed by Martin and treated very well. The Sunday roast was delicious and really enjoyed. Would highly recommend and they have a beautiful garden too!
Went to The Swan tonight for my niece’s 13 th birthday get together. There were 12 of us +2 dogs. We had a nice little area reserved for us near the fireplace. We ordered mainly starters side burgers, sharing platters. We are a fussy bunch but nothing was too much trouble for the lovely friendly sta
Just finished a really nice meal at The Swan. We'd been here some 10 years before and were keen to come back. We weren't disappointed even though an awful lot can change in that time! The staff were pleasant and friendly and while quite quiet the atmosphere was relaxed and unhurried. The food was g
I went here today with my family and wasn’t disappointed. Staff very friendly and food was delicious. We brought out large dog with us and staff was very accommodating making sure we had a table giving her lots of room to relax and lay down. Have a lovely menu especially for dogs which she enjoyed.
