The 3rd Wave Cafe Crepes

Their menu looked incredible so we stopped in. Upon arriving, the cafe had a weird smell and the ambience was seriously lacking. We immediately decided against ordering food and opted for a smoothie and juice. The drinks were delightful, well-made. Though one of the employees handling our juices didn’t have gloves on and did not have her hair tied back. Food code violation - no one wants chipped nail polish or hair in their drink. The coffee area is clean and it looks like a great set up. The juice area could be cleaner. Inside the cafe, we could see left over dust, similar in texture to burnt incense. It was dirty. It was oddly designed. If the interior had some TLC, it could be a lot better. People who are paying $$$ for organic food expect a cleaner, more inviting cafe. It feels like a $5 lunch joint for kids.

If you’re looking for a business that cares about their customers, the 3rd Wave Cafe is exactly that. Not only is their gourmet food utterly delicious with a variety of healthy options, but it’s right inside of Lyndhurst and accessible to many of me and my friends that have been deprived of a proper cafe for far too long. There are a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options on the menu, but if you’re someone like me you’re willing to have food from the Wave at any time of day. The acaí bowls are my personal favorite because all of the fruit tastes fresh and clean, so you know you’re getting satisfactory product. Not a single time have I been disappointed by any of the employees, for all of them are incredibly kind and hardworking. Even on days they’re met with insane rushes and impatient customers, they make sure that you walk out the door with good vibes for the rest of the day. The Wave is the perfect restaurant for you if you’re looking for an aesthetic morning dine, or if you’d just like to grab a fresh cup of iced coffee on your way to work. Regardless of your intentions, they will cater to you with authenticity every time. :)

I visited this place 2 times now and I love it. My wife wanted to eat crepes and found this place for us. I'm so glad she did. By the way the food is made and present it, you can tell they take pride in what they do. The owner is very friendly and attentive, always making sure everything excellent. All good things about this place. Give them a try, you won't regret it.
