Everyday I buy a "Large Iced Caramel Macchiatto with whip cream , extra caramel" I never get my drink made right. Every day is made different. Most times they don't put whip cream. Even tho they charge me for it. Sometimes they don't put caramel at all.
How hard is it to make a drink. And you have instructions of what it is on the cup!

This place never seems to amaze me with the rude attitude coming from the owner/ manager from this location. This is not the 1st time. I will be contacting DD Corporate Headquarters.

Not sure what was going on there on Sunday but that was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Dunkin, payed for my drink and left without it and my money because I was very upset.First he forgot to put espresso in my iced latte, then gave me a latte with all milk barely any espresso....never again!

Amazing service. I come to this location everyday. I am always welcomed and the girls that work there, now know my order, which is amazing that they remember me out of all the people they see everyday.

They are alwaaaaaays busy, but the staff goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. I always love the staff here. Coffee is excellent, and consistent. They are also very, very clean. As I always see them moping, wiping, filling, also wearing a mask at all times. One of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts in the area.

Very busy place. Staff cant keep up with the demand. They need to pay attention more inside customers other then drive tru ones.

They do a great job. The person who took the order needs to listen and if necessary repeat the order. I ordered several items. One of the items I requested I ended up with 6 instead of one. The person who filled the order didn't give me the item. When she asked the person who took the order, he took the I was to get 6. As she was doing the order, I told her one not six. She told me I had to get back in line. I told her I am already running late. I never realized that I paid for six items when I wanted one.
