Called in here on a busy day in St Annes as it looked quiet; not always a good sign but we needed a drink. So glad we did though. There were 9 of us and 2 grandchildren. We all ordered as couples. Between us we ordered various ice creams, crepes and waffles plus teas and coffees. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. He told us it might be a little while as it is all cooked fresh and boyo, it was worth the wait! Delicious, freshly cooked and big! The waffles were plate sized as we're the crepes. The staff noticed one of the grandchildren (2 yrs) was not eating and asked why. When he was told he was lactose intolerant he provided some vegan ice cream, which we hadn't even thought to ask about. Excellent service, reasonably priced for what we had and very tasty too. This place looks a little uninspiring, but give it a try. I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised.
I absolutely love this dessert shop. Me and my family came to Blackpool for a holiday and we was looking for a dessert place around 6:30pm we managed to find this shop to be open. We ordered cookie dough ice cream and waffles. I must say it was the best cookie dough I have ever tasted. I had loads of dessert in london and birmingham but this has to be the best so far from my experience. The lovely guy working there is very nice and polite very welcoming and the seating outside is just fab we all had a lovely time and will be coming back for some more.
We visited there today and we were greeted by super friendly and very helpful staff that answered all of my queries about vegan options (and that's not the experience I've had everywhere, so thank you). Thoroughly enjoyed my scrumptious vegan waffles and my omni son really enjoyed his Ferrero Crepes and Kinder Bueno milkshake.
Desserts were amazing and very well priced, everything was immaculately clean and owner was extremely friendly! Would defiantly recommend!
Very friendly staff and various options available. I am vegan, staff were friendly and adapted a waffle to make it vegan. Will definitely be visiting again

Great range of desserts - the ice creams were particularly good - but the best thing was the service. We were served by the friendliest guy who was really helpful making sure everything was gluten free for my daughter - thank you.

I called at Ice Queen on Wood St St Anne’s today. I was served by the owner Ali, a lovely friendly and helpful man. I chose salted caramel ice cream in a cone. It cost less than I expected and it was absolutely delicious. The cafe had ample seating inside and out and was totally spotless. A new asset for this town I’m lucky enough to call home. Will be back very soon. Carole.
