Yesterday at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, I did not notice the "Closed" sign, so I asked the staff directly for a large flat white with soy milk. She did not refuse me and was very friendly. She made me a great cup of coffee, and it was the first time I had coffee here.I will definitely go back. ☆☆☆☆☆☺

Awful costumer service experience . I have bought a juice from this place which was supposed to be fresh but instead it was absolutely disgusting it did not taste right and was not fresh at all even the colour of it was off and when I complained about it the staff acted like its my problem and they weren't helpful at all they had zero costumer service skills. I could not drink the juice and just left it there such a waste of money. I will not return to this place and will recommend my friends and family not to aswell

Second time trying to eat here after a doctors visit nearby. First time they refused to cook up anything fresh for me, ALL of their pre-made sandwiches had mayo in them and I can't eat them as I'm pregnant so ended up buying fruit in Woolies to curb my hunger. Today I tried again, went there at 3.23pm and was told the kitchen was closed as they close at 4pm..I only wanted a toastie.. it takes 5mins to make and takes 2mins to clean a sandwich press. Needless to say I won't "try" and purchase from here a 3rd time and will spend my money where people care about customer service.
