I have visited the cafe as our cycle ride half way stop a number of times and have never been disappointed, great value and fantastic friendly service. Grounds are well kept and you can sit outside watching fish jump out of the water!
Arrived at this location today with a group of six cyclists, was impressed by the quality of food and the service that we received.
Always great to have friendly banter with staff, will definitely be recommending this place to others and returning again in the not too distant future.

We visited yesterday when I just googled cafes near me and didn't even know this beautiful place existed. Wow. The couple were lovely and myself and my time thoroughly enjoyed our brunch (he is 11 and I home educate him) before he went to work on a farm. The food was lovely great portions, we were welcomed and the prices were fair and reasonable, very good value for money on a lovely scenic setting. We will definitely be back soon.

Lovely location and good food. Do a great all-day breakfast. Nice view over the lake. Place in clean and food is good. Nice people running the place. The place is down a long lane. Don't give up as it's ace. I will be coming back.

Visited at random, just looking for a place to eat lunch between A and B and saw this cafe on Google maps. Quite simple layout inside but very clean and very functional. Small menu, several all day breakfasts, burgers, etc., a few specials and some desserts but enough too offer something for everyone. Good size portions, food was fresh and hot and tasted good (we had a breakfast, a burger and a southern fried chicken). Staff very attentive and helpful in fielding queries and special requests, happily checked vegetarian items for me and, upon finding out that not all were vegan, modified a breakfast for me. Reasonable prices, overall very worth a visit and would go back if we lived closer or are passing again :)

What a nice little cafΓ©! Today we arrived at 12pm to discover that the cafΓ© was going to be closed at 12.30pm (not a usual occurrence on a Friday) I explained that we had my Autistic brother with us who is non verbal. I was actually quite worried about looking elsewhere for lunch as my brother is prone to meltdowns if his routine is upset.
Nick, the owner was very sweet and accomodating, cooked up a light breakfast for my brother and made us a veggie burger with fries for us both. We are so eternally grateful to yourself Nick and your lovely daughter. The food was really good, my brother ate everything on his plate and helped me to finish my fries! The tea and coffees that we had were really nice too.
We will definitely return as the cafΓ© is in a pretty setting in the countryside of Berkshire, close to Maidenhead. I would definitely consult the website/facebook page or call before we set out in furture just in case the cafΓ© needs to close early. I was there for a meeting and first time I have have heard of it. I must say it it is in a beautiful countryside setting and I enjoyed the Asian food which was of good standard. I definitely will be returning. Thank you for looking after us.

A lovely venue to go fishing or just to go there have something to eat and relax there are 3 lakes there with mix free lakes there with mixed calls fishing species everyone's friendly and it's lovely
