Best place to eat in Maidstone for quality Nepalese food with marvellous flavours - recommend sea bass or lamb shank for something a bit different
Visited here after a long day in London as it is close to Maidstone East. The staff made us feel welcome. The restaurant is quite small however the menu choice is great. I was going to order a very mild chicken dish but the waiter was convinced I would prefer another chicken dish, the Dumka, he was right it was delicious. I will definitely be back.
Great Food , we had mix grill and sea food mix ,
Amazing cocktails sex on the beach and mojito.
Garlic nan bread Good but i eat better ,mint sauce delicious .
Desserts so so
Red wine not big chose and low quality .
I would like bigger portions honestly for this price .
Starters overpriced but taste good .
I did not like that we was told that table is booked for next quests when we had reservation and not finish our visit
I feel it is not nice to do this to guests
It will be better if we could listen traditional music
Missing atmosphere.
We will definitely come .
The service was excellent. Food was good , could have been better.
Enjoyed the chicken momos, Chicken chilli piro was a dry dish, expected it to be a gravy dish. The quantity of food could have been better but guessing most restaurant serve similar quantities.
I do not do reviews very often, but Namaste was SO GOOD I simply had to, fed up with the standard Indian food? Namaste brings it alive again, so many new fresh dishes, plus your favourites too. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great night out!! Plus for you wine buffs, they even have an incredible Indian Sauvignon Blanc!!!!
Huge thanks to all the team.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
The staff were absolutely amazing, hosting my birthday meal and I couldn’t have asked for a better time. The food was amazing, and the cake they had made just topped the night off!
Food is so tasty! We are visiting from London, my first thought after my first taste of the food was ‘Oh gosh, I need to come here again’.
Service is superb as well.
My wife an I popped in for lunch without knowing anything about the place, and were so pleased we did. The food is absolutely outstanding! The menu is a mix of Indian and Nepalese dishes all beautifully cooked and served with a smile. The Naan alone was the best I've ever had. Fast service, low prices, great food, nice setting, what more could you possibly ask for? We are definitely going back here again.
On Saturday my wife & I had lunch here. Lunch special (£8.95): one curry of your choice plus either nan or rice. Generous portions.
Excellent food served with a smile in a clean restaurant. The fluffy nan was freshly prepared. Authentic food and we will definitely return for more.
Definitely worth 5 stars: the service, the food and the interior are all perfect. We got here by coincidence and we were happily surprised as they seem to think about every detail: from the moment you got in to the minute you leave the staff is taking care of you. I would recommend to go there yourself to get the experience. Thank you!! 🙏🏼 Namaste 🙏🏼
Went to Namaste last night for my birthday. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. Everything was clean and fresh with lovely presentation through out. ACTUAL TABLE SERVICE which was very good! Attentive but not disruptive waiting staff. The food. Oh my word. The best meal I have had in ages! There is a massive variety on the menu. Truly something for everyone. Delicious, aromatic, flavour-filled food that I would definitely have again and again! So happy to see a small, unique, local business doing well. Highly recommend!
I used to order take away and the food was top-notch everytime. Had a chance to visit last friday and I was amazed with such a quick service. I am really impressed with the staff, they were amazing. No doubt I will come back again. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful dinner night.
