Left wing comedians regularly mock Wetherspoons as they dine in expensive suave restaurants but regular folk appreciate the good value offered by Weth
Well it was a Thursday night so that means it was curry night I've had quite a few of them over the years especially the ones in Ken and I was surprised how fast and the size of the portions

This is a very decent Spoons indeed. Good place for a cheap pint while you're waiting for the train, with the station just next door. Nothing really too bad about the place but is obviously in the center of Maidstone, so can sometimes be a bit of a mixed crowd in there, and often very busy. Atmosphere isn't brilliant as a lot of the tables are very close together.
No question about it that the place is always lit and enjoyable to hang out with friends.

We had nice fish and chips. The portions are big, the price ok and the service was friendly. Plenty of space to sit and the beer well chilled.
On a chilly Sunday morning, this is a fab place to warm up with a big breakfast. Nice buzzy n busy atmosphere and staff really cheerful n helpful 👍
We like Wetherspoons. You know exactly what you're getting.. A reasonable price for food and drink.
Service was quick. Staff were friendly.
The food was nice, but the mash was overheated and dry.
That being said, I had a lovely time and will visit again.
Table was clean, service friendly and fast. Cheap, filling good quality food. The CTM is my go-to favourite: my daughter had the spicy meat feast pizza, which was delicious (I might have scored a slice or 2....)
It's nice to come here for a drink, it is slow at the weekend when it's busy but the staff always say sorry
Regularly have breakfast here and have no complaints. The range of food is great and the prices are fantastic. The staff are lovely and helpful too. Highly recommend for breakfast or lunch.
Enjoyed my traditional breakfast here, although food took a little while and was a bit cold. Their prices are also reasonable (good).
