Some friends and I stopped here on a Saturday lunchtime a few weeks ago, the staff said an event was starting soon, but still welcomed us and allowed us to order food. We went to an outside seating area which was nice and we all left happy with the food we got with good portions.
I have heard good things about the live music events here and hopefully will make one of these soon.

The food was OK, nothing wrong with it, chips were nice. I only gave it 3 due to it not being exceptional. Not the best I have had and not the worst. Standard pub food really. Service was good, staff were friendly and quick. We decided to sit outside as it was a nice day and the garden seating area was nice. It was quite when we arrived but got busier and noiser, somehow we managed to sit in the area that everyone let their kids run around. So when we finished our food we left as it was not pleasant and 3 smokers were sitting near us. Which was not nice while eating, I get we were outside and it was fine for them to smoke, but not nice for me while eating.
Fantastic pub with super friendly and efficient staff! The quality of service as well as the fantastic atmosphere the pub generates is something to behold. The food is fantastic and the drinks are good too. Fantastic pint! The pub also is great for sport with Sky Sports as well as BT Sports. This public house is an absolute must to go and visit!!! It shows all sporting events and has a fantastic garden which in the summer time is an amazing place to be. They have music every 2 weeks on a Saturday with fantastic highly rated local bands. They also have karaoke nights and poker nights. This pub is the heart of Loose community and is the focal point for many of the locals. I cannot rate this pub highly enough! 5+ Stars in my opinion! Every time I visit this pub I enjoy myself and I always look forward to going back! Brilliant pub no doubt which has a really warm feel to it. Give it a try and you will see! 👌👍😍
Lovely pub with friendly staff and good food. Saturday sounds with live music from bands that play in the beer garden provide great entertainment. The beer garden has marquees permanently set up and it’s great if you want to hold a function there. The landlady has put a lot of work and effort into the pub to make it a nice place to go.
Great drinks and atmosphere! The outside seating area is perfect for those warmer days and there’s plenty of heaters if it gets chilly. Our fave place to drink gin in the summer :)

What a amazing little pub, with very friendly staff that can’t do enough for you. An absolutely beautiful garden, bigger then I thought it would be but still very private. My husband and I are already looking forward to going back.
Good food/drink and a very friendly welcome from locals as well as from behind the bar.
