Went for lunch today with my son & husband. The Feathers was very clean and the staff were welcoming, helpful, attentive and very friendly.
Channell, our waitress, went above and beyond to make sure our meal was satisfactory and our experience was enjoyable.
The food was hot and delicious! And the
Delicious food!! Great service, and a relaxed atmosphere. It has a 5* health and hygiene rating which is great too to know what you're eating is safe and being prepared in a clean area :)
Came here today Sunday for food and drinks. As we arrived we went to the bar to order drinks, then found out the kitchen was closing. Fortunately the lovely staff advised they could serve us. Simple, cheap food. Apparently staff are told to warn customers that food could take up to 45 minutes to come out: ours took 10. 👍
The new management seem to have really turned things around. Much friendlier. Will defo be giving them another chance as the front of house team are really making an effort now. Shame the kitchen still has some work to do - although much improved, it’s not consistent!
What a welcome surprise, when it came to our food. All the dishes we had were tasty, fresh and hot.
Also, the staff were friendly and helpful.
Our only, minor, criticism was our table was a little sticky, otherwise a good choice.
Staff were so good, can't fault the service. The food was pretty decent too.
The food here is lively and the staff are really friendly. Cassie is always really helpful and goes above and beyond day in day out and always has a smile on her face. My dessert was made by Liam and it was amazing 😁will be returning soon.
Polite and accommodating staff. Food above average quality and served in good time. A wide variety of both bottled and draft beers. Facilities were clean and easily accessible.
I simply love this place, may not be top quality A* grub but it's filling, the challenges are fun and is defo decent enough for this Turk to be happy. Great place!

Me, my partner, two kids and friends attended the feathers tonight. The staff were absolutely fantastic with us and our children. We all had a fantastic time and really want to thank the staff for the care they provided us all.
