The Mall still has a good variety of shops with a new toy shop opening in the last few weeks. There is a free parent and child area where you can change or feed the baby in privacy and a small play area for older toddlers. The toilets are always clean and well maintained. Several places to eat . Cash machine by several lifts . Some closed shops but everywhere has those. The bus station adjoins the Mall . So, there is no need to get wet if it's raining

Pleasant place to have a rest and meet friends plus enjoy a nice coffee. Interesting shops along with the larger name stores which completes the shopping experience.

A standard shopping centre, which at time of visit late 2017, seemed a bit outdated with a few empty shop spaces. Good parking. Could do with another set of toilets facilities on the King's Street side maybe. 2022 updated visit and not a huge amount has changed, but have a few more interesting shake and bubble tea options available now, along with small and interesting art and stalls all of, which earn The Mall an extra 🌟. When more shops fill the centre, it'll earn another star

It's a decent mall, and it's kept clean and tidy. There's a good variety of shops, although theres a few too many barbers / hair salons. I'm slowly becoming convinced that there's some money laundering enterprise going on in Maidstone. I've never known such a small town centre to have so many barbers. 🤣

One of the better shopping centres in the Medway Towns.

Lots of nice shops to wander around or have something to eat. Have been looking for a certain watch for ages and bought a very nice one from the watch stall downstairs.

Love Maidstone and everything about it works. From the Malls to the center of the town they all connected. Highly recommend

Nice clean shopping mall, good variety of shops, spoilt by lack of signage for toilets etc.

Actually the best centre in Kent, better than the pentagon in Chatham, I don't know why it can't be called STONEBOUGH again as it was built as, that name suits perfectly

Been coming here all my life, has changed a lot since I was a kid, but still a nice place to shop.
