The Rose & Crown - Malmesbury - Photo album

Stopped in here just to get out of the rain nice pub with friendly staff and a great beer garden at the rear...
Visited a couple of times when visiting Malmesbury for a long weekend. Good to mingle with locals rather than tourists. Excellent, friendly service and accommodated us in watching the British Grand Prix.
We had an absolutely amazing meal at the Rose and Crown. We were all extremely happy with our meals & really impressed by the chef. We would highly recommend. Thanks Byrn for your wonderful service.
Visited this pub in 2020 and what a difference in 2023. The beer garden is transformed, and a pleasure to be out in. The staff are still excellent and really worth a visit. Under new ownership from 2020 and it shows. Definitely coming back.
Popped in for a couple of hours to watch a football match on a Sunday afternoon when on holiday. Nice atmosphere, friendly punters, good choice of drinks. I’d definitely come back. I love this kind of unpretentious and comfortable boozer. If I’d not been driving, I could imagine an afternoon happily
Thank you Barney and Abi for making my 40th birthday gathering so special! The pub is fantastic - well located with a great enclosed beer garden and the staff are really helpful and welcoming. The live music was also brilliant!
Great pub, with terrace in Malmesbury!
This is my local pub. Staff are friendly and nice to see they are putting the fire on now winter has come. Drinks are reasonably priced. Clean toilets.
Reopened under new management. Redecorated throughout. Very smart. Enjoyed a lovely drink in very welcoming surroundings.
Good ales, a fire with proper seating next to it an not another dining table. Pool table, darts, garden with bands (sometimes).
What a lovely pub. Somewhere to chill and have a relaxing drink or Somewhere to watch a great game of football.
This is a really nice old pub that serves good ale. It doesn't do food but is good to go for a drink. A decent selection of ales.
The staff were friendly and i found ut great,ro know that this place is dog friendly. The Guinness was lovely
Well kept beer, in a dog friendly 'old school' English boozer. Nice garden, child friendly, darts, pool and Sky sports. A dying breed of pub, welcoming everyone with a good mix of cliental.
Amazing place, great beers, vibrant atmosphere, fantastic people. So pleased to have such a first class pub in Malmesbury.
Quiet at the time I was there, but that's expected with all the current covid restrictions. The bar has a modern yet oldy feel to it with sofas and armchairs plus the traditional table arrangements and a garden.
Lovely friendly community pub, the new owners have created a great atmosphere in really nicely refurbed surroundings. The beer garden is also fabulous.
Renovated and improved significantly. From a dingy, run-down pub, the place now feels much lighter and airier. The garden is beautiful with decorated borders and a patio. Watch the large steps though if with children in prams or for those who struggle walking. Bad thing is the typical Malmesbury pri
Lovely friendly welcome from staff and locals . Two amorous dogs who greet everyone too. Decent beer but no food. . A proper old boozer
