Regularly visit because it's convenient, but always feel let down by the service. Always on go slow, made to feel you're an inconvenience and everything seems too much to ask. Basics like I need to ask for serviettes.
They seem to regularly have staffing shortages which is probably a big cause.

Coffee house with alternative lattes(beetroot/matcha/turmeric), cakes, sandwiches, frappes, smoothies. Coffee is seasonal, had the Brazilian single origin and it was strong and good. Has plug sockets, alt mill for coffees.
