This place has it all. Family run feel? Check. Absolutely fantastic delicious food? Check. Authentic? Yes. Fast service? Yes. I had the best steak fajita of my life here, amazing chips with salsa and guacamole, I can’t wait to be back again soon. Ps: there is plenty of parking and an indoor seating area with booths and tables that can be adjusted to fit larger groups although I’d recommend you visit here with a party of 4 or so.

I live fairly locally, about 10 minutes away. El Limon in Frazer has always been a go to. Great quality food and friendly staff. Tonight was borderline inedible. Seen below. The “steak” looks almost rancid. Maybe it’s under new ownership, or maybe the general staff hasn’t been preparing food as it should be. After taking a few bites and pulling out that massive peace of gross looking meat. (Not to mention the sauce was quite brown compared to usual so didn’t want to touch it). I called asking for a manager and was told at 6:30 at night that there was no manager there. So clearly no supervision of any sort for the kitchen then? Whoever the girl was that answered the phone was very nice about the situation but was un clear if I would get a refund. . Needless to say will never return. Go to the Wayne location. At least the staff and management (since there isn’t even any at Frazer) there seem to be doing a far superior job

Food is good and enjoyable. Liked their churros with ice cream and also the tortas.. One misleading thing to note, currently Google shows Sunday closing time as 9.45pm, but they close around 9pm itself..so best to call in n enquire while planning to go late hours..

Been here a couple of times. Very below average Mexican food. Lengua isn’t seasoned, Beef is dry, Al pastor is decent, but can be off putting when the meat is sticking all together. Overall the place should prolly be at a 3 stars, but I found hair in my salsa, so 2 stars for this review

The tinga tacos and chips with salsa and guacamole were very tasty and flavorful. The Malvern restaurant was clean and service was friendly and fast.

The food is decent Their tacos taste bland but with their sauces they taste really good Their burritos taste ok We got their tres leches cake which is tastes very different and overly sweet may be because of the milk they used but their idea of serving it with chocolate sauce works well. Their Horchata drink is quite sweet and tastes like a beetle leaf juice. Overall their seasoning of dishes is quite off. Nothing is amazingly mind blowing and not authentic at taste. Can be called more as fusion of Mexican cuisine They greet well and warm treatment of their customers Ideally neat place

Real and authentic Mexican food... Period!!! If you really want to experience the real taste of this kind of food... This is your place to go. Is kind on a hidden area, but it definitely worth it. Great staff, good variety, clean and prices are very reasonable. My first visit there, but apparently it is very popular. Many people came in just to pickup... Completely recommended!!!

El Limon is my favorite taco spot around West Chester/Malvern. Service is always quick. Tacos to go are ready in 5 minutes so I always order on the way to the restaurant. The Al pastor and tinga tacos are my favorites and I love the red and green salsas on the table. The enchiladas with mole were really good and filling. I was told the mole is made in-house so I highly recommend trying it!
