Stopped into AKIO sushi and poke Japanese restaurant for lunch after waiting forever at the DMV. They had great lunch deals so we ordered the 3 rolls lunch special. We ordered the shiitake avocado roll, salmon avocado roll, eel avocado roll, Philadelphia roll, and the shrimp tempura rolls. All of the rolls were very delicious! The special also includes a side of edamame and miso soup or salad which came out great as well! I would gladly return for lunch. I also loved the mural with wings.

This place has delicious Japanese! Everything is freshly made and tasty. You can’t go wrong when you dine in or take out. Plus the service is amazing! Everyone is friendly, gives you advice if you’re indecisive like me and very attentive. Plus it’s not expensive. ;) win win!

Great selection of teas and accommodating customer service. Would love to try their poke bowl next time.
Regarding the bubble teas we tried, very overly sweet to the point it wasn't enjoyable. But it isn't their fault, probably just the way they do it/the community likes it. If I were them, I'd look into getting more squishy and less sweet bubbles.

Super happy to see bubble tea on the menu! I got the match green tea bubble tea, highly recommend. The flavor was sweet, but not sickeningly sweet, while the bubbles were soft and chewy. Definitely will be going back for lunch with my son! I would normally post a photo, but I drank it too quickly, it was that good. So, photo next time lol!

Quiet sushi spot that offers high quality sushi with generous portions of fish. Lots to choose from. Would recommend dining in over having takeout, however. The experience of eating the sushi fresh is far better/different than having it sit in a bag. Don't make the same mistake I did lol
