This is my first review ever, so you know it is bad.This is the worst experience ordering Chipotle through a food app. Veggie bowl with beans and rice had barely 3 tablespoons of food. Chicken bowl had so little chicken, I would have a better chance finding Waldo. I understand having a rough day, but no reason to be so ridiculous with proportions. I recommend not ordering food, but going there in person to make sure you get what you pay for.

Recently improved!!
My husband and I went here several months ago and vowed not to return for awhile after waiting over 40 minutes for 2 take out bowls.
I was greeted today and served quickly. One person was ahead of me in line but the whole process took less than 5 minutes and I was able to enjoy a full bowl right on site as well.

Would give zero stars if I could. Placed a mobile order and paid for it, only to arrive at the store to find it closed. Completely dark. With a sign on the door - see pic. Lots of angry customers in the parking lot. I get it. Stuff happens, but then shut off mobile orders! Mobile ordering barely works when this store is open. How ironic.

Visit here periodically. Nothing stellar about it, but it is reliable and fairly consistent. Sometimes the service is a little slow. I was there this past weekend and 5 people were huddled around the cash register trying to resolve one customer’s issue while one person was left to provide service for everyone in line. It’s nice that they have rice without cilantro stored in the back, but you have to know that they do this and ask them about it.

No one in this store is helpful. Placed an order through the app for takeout. I didn’t leave until 35 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. It does not take an hour to make a burrito, but I stood there waiting while no one did anything for 30 minutes. I kept getting ignored after the worker I talked to kept saying they were looking into it. They wouldn’t give me a refund, just a free overpriced bag of chips. THANKS. My patience with chipotle was already almost nonexistent, but this is ridiculous. Very poor customer service and the food is not worth the headache.

I Place an order On their app. When I go there the store is closed. It happened multiple times with me. They don’t tell you if they don’t have an item to include. They won’t even tell you when you pick up. I am a vegetarian. I ordered bowl with Sofritas and I found meat pieces few times. This store needs to be looked at closely by the management

This seems like a new location for Chipotle. I can't speak much for the indoor. They would not let us place our order or eat there, like they are still on high alert for COVID.
They ran out of supplies shortly after our order was complete and they closed.
The food was good and well prepared. The staff was doing what they could under difficult conditions.
I would give them a month or two to figure out what they are doing and what the status is of the pandemic.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Sign on the door trying to look impressive saying we are currently All digital. In reality what it means is they only have three people working from what I could see and they do not interact with the customers at all. On top of that, they are unable to provide me with a receipt for my order because their printer is broken. While here waiting for my food I watched multiple customers walk up to the door, read the sign, and walk away. You sign on the door also states you are not allowed to dine in. So at best I can place an order through my phone and grab a bag from the shelf. I don't even know what's in the bag because there's no receipt with it just my name written in sharpie.
